"Dhamaka" which literally means "blast" is the name of riverbed cum lake that has been created during the flood season as the river path was closed due to debris. The nature takes its turn and the ferocious water opened its way with a blast, hence this place being named as "Dhamaka" lake.

It is a picturesque village that lies on the Utror Valley road and it is an ideal place for Trout fishing. Needless to say that the mountains here are covered with thick deodar forests and the dark green colour of the forests always soothes the eyes.
It is some 14km in distance from Kalam Swat.
